BOOKING SYSTEM

Our booking system automatically places a 15-minute hold on your selected accommodation as soon as you click “Book”.

This period gives you enough time to complete your reservation (review your stay, enter your personal details, and provide payment information), while preventing another guest from booking the accommodation in the meantime.

If you go back or leave the page during this period, the accommodation may temporarily appear as unavailable.

Please do not worry: it has not been booked and will automatically become available again once the 15-minute hold has expired.

To complete your reservation, simply wait until the end of this period and start the booking process again.

Of course, we remain entirely at your disposal should you require any assistance or if you would prefer to make your reservation directly with us by phone at +33 7 87 95 22 51.

LENGTH OF STAY

During the Christmas, Spring and Summer school holidays, a minimum stay of two nights is required, except in special circumstances.

The same condition applies during long weekends and public holiday periods.

Should you have a specific request or require an exception, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. We will be delighted to consider your request.

EXCLUSIVE HIRE

Maison Moz may be exclusively hired in its entirety, allowing accommodation for up to 10 guests across all of its lodgings.

Designed as a place dedicated to peace, relaxation and rejuvenation, Maison Moz is ideally suited to family gatherings, stays with friends, or small-group retreats in a serene and welcoming atmosphere.

In order to preserve the spirit and tranquillity of the property, parties and festive events are not permitted.

We remain at your disposal for any exclusive hire enquiries or additional information.
